Urinary Problem

	After complete reconstruction of urethra, vagina and anus. The vagina is divided off the cloaca and its opening is sutured with the labial skin flap. The rectovaginal fistula is also separated from the cloaca and pull-through at its usual site. (Vaginal opening is noted)

	This true hermaphroditic boy, mosaic XX/XY sex chromosome, has well-formed normal size penis and urethra without scrotal fold. He has small opening which is proved to be vagina connected to uterus. (A tube is passing into vaginal opening)
