Urinary Problem
Cloacal exstrophy due to failrue of hind gut development. Prolapsed mucosa of hemibladder is demonstrated with the exposed prolapsed mucosa of terminal ileum in-between. Imperforate anus and meconium passed through the open ileum are also noted.

After first stage operation - closure of the exstrophied bladder, the bifid and small penis is found difficult for reconstruction
Bilateral orchiectomy and vaginal construction, inversion of skin flap, are done in exstrophied bladder with severe deformed penis. Female gender is assigned for this patient
