	Weeping umbilicus with fistula noted at the middle of the field
	Umbilicated fistula is demonstrated on the top of umbilical polyp suggesting that there is a connection into an internal organ

	Yellowish mucus discharge suggesting a connection with intestine - patent vitelline or omphalomesenteric duct
	Small omphalocele associated with umbilical fistula - patent vitelline duct
	Large umbilical hernia associated with patent vitelline duct
	A probe is used to explore and to demonstrate the fistula
	A catheter is introduce through the fistula for fistulogram
