Fibroepithelial Polyp

This is a solitary polypoid lesion, similar to fibroepithelial polyps seen elsewhere. They often show several branches arising from a single pedicle, (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) particularly when located in the ureter or urethra. The stroma resembles lamina propria, and there may be ulceration, reactive epithelial proliferation and/or squamous metaplasia of the mucosa [118].
