	Hemangioma of the pinna
	Large strawberry hemangioma over the face, interfering with sight, must be intensively treated with high dose steroids
	Strawberry hemangioma is easily diagnosed by its characteristic appearance.Multiple hemangiomata may be noted over the body. Internal hemangiomata must be excluded
	Preauricular sinus
	Infected preauricular sinus, note the obstructed sinus and inflamed tract anterior to the sinus
	Preauricular sinus after the infection has subsided. Note the previous scar due to the drainage of pus
	Surgery is the treatment of choice in preauricular sinus with previous infection
	The sinus tract must be totally removed to avoid recurrence
	Preauricular skin tag/ appendage
