Giant Cell Cystitis

Large and multinucleated mesenchymal cells are seen in various inflammatory lesions (Fig. 1). They are most often seen in radiation cystitis and, less often, with chronic indwelling catheters (Fig. 2) and other irritative or hemorrhagic lesions [37,60,105].
