B-Lymphocyte Development and Neoplastic Equivalents

B lymphocyte development
This shows the normal pattern of lymphoid cell development from the an imature bone marrow lymphoblast precursor, through the lymph node stages, to the final endpoint of a plasma cell. The exact stages and progression of this maturing process are unknown, and thus aspects of this depiction of it may be controversial.
Lymphoma equivalents to normal cells
This shows the neoplastic equivalents of the normal lymphoid cells superimposed on a diagram of the natural habitat of the normal cells.
