Metastatic tumor in pancreas

Cut surface of pancreas displaying two metastatic nodules at head of pancreas, the
upper nodule
is round and grey-white, the
lower one
is round and hemorrhagic.
This is a case of metastatic oat cell carcinoma of lung (left upper lobe).
