Terminal Ileum
Typhoid ulcer, terminal ileum : Note shallow ulcers (here, here, and here) at the terminal ileum and some mucosal
induration (enlarged plateau, at the right side) of hyperplastic lymphoid tissue (Payer's patches) resulted
from infection of Salmonella typhi.
