Cardiac myxoma
Atrial myxoma : Microscopic low power shows scattered stellate cells lying in a myxoid milieu, along with focal hemorrhage and abundant fibrinous coagulum in the tumor.

A case of thai women, 38 years old, presented with symptom of dyspnea and orthopnea for 4 months and she also developed high fever. Physical examination disclosed FC IV. Echocardiogram revealed mild MR with atrial myxoma. The tumor was surgically removed.
