Breast Fibrocystic condition of breast, apocrine metaplasia : Microscopically low power displays cystically dilated mammary ducts. Their lining epithelium have abundant acidophilic cytoplasm and centrally located small round nucleus. The change of the cells are called apocrine metaplasia which electronmicroscopically have abundant mitochrondria.
