Well differentiated adenocarcinoma, colon : The malignant well-formed glandular structures have
increased in numbers of hyperchromatic and pleomorphic nuclei. These nuclei are overlapping and increase in
mitotic figure. These malignant tumor masses also show disfiguring of glandular configuration and disorientation.
